Resolution

I wrote earlier about the voting scandal I've been involved-in with our local CUAO Chapter. I heard today that the CUAO has completed their investigation and have made a decision. Drum roll please...The voting result will stand!

I'm not sure how they decided what they did but I'm glad it's over. I just hope there hasn't been any irreparable damage done from any of this.

Anyway, I wanted to close the loop on this deal but I'm still concerned about some of the broader issues this has brought to light. Maybe some good will come from it? One thing I do know, we need to do a better job of getting all our CEO's together, networking, facilitating better relationships, and doing a better job of collaboration, especially between the larger and smaller credit union's. Maybe we can help facilitate that as a Board?
