Northwest Symitar User's Group

My Credit Union is playing host this November to the Northwest Symitar User's Group meeting. The agenda has just been published and I'm really looking forward to the meetings. I think it's going to be very informative and a good time. I've been to several of these meetings now and have found them to be beneficial. We even seem to attract Symitar clients from outside the Northwest, along with Credit Union's that aren't yet Symitar clients but want to get a feel for the user community before they chose Symitar as their core vendor. If anyone is interested, you can register here.

I'm going to facilitate a session around IT Management issues and challenges. In this session, I'm less interested in products and technologies than I am in things like IT Service Management. I'm hoping we can start a discussion around some things like, change managment, IT governance, ITIL, and project management, among other things.
